Shipping Policy
At Turkoois Atelier, we process and ship all orders with care.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to:
- Netherlands
- Germany
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Germany: 2–5 business days
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping on all orders over €25
Carrier All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at support@turkooisatelier.com to initiate a return.
